Responsibilities

• Lead a production team of 6-10 members and coordinate activities with the Senior Team Leader.
• Oversee workflow from team members and ensure safety and adherence to standards.
• Maintain quality and quantity targets, audit equipment condition, and report issues.
• Assist with tool repairs and reallocation of manpower to meet daily job requirements.
• Record training and maintain process proficiency; communicate delays and drive improvements.
