Job summary

Food Production Industry in LeCenter, MN seeks a Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift to guide a manufacturing team and drive daily objectives.

You will oversee 8–16 team members, ensure safety, quality and efficiency, and track KPIs while supporting continuous improvement and compliance with GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000 standards. The role offers $25/hour with a $3/hour shift differential, work hours 3:30pm–2am.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Basic computer skills (data entry, MS Office, email).
• Ability to operate/assemble production equipment.
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule.
• Bilingual Spanish or Somali language skills helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a production area of 8–16 team members, ensuring safety, quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate daily department activities to meet production goals on time.
• Track daily KPIs and share progress with team members.

Our client, Food Production Industry, is seeking a Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Production Team Lead you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting Food Production Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift

Location: LeCenter, MN

Pay Range: $25/hour + $3/hour shift differential

Shift: 3:30pm-2am

• Oversee a production area of 8-16 team members to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency
• Coordinate daily department activities to meet production goals within scheduled timeframes
• Maintain and communicate tracking of daily KPIs and progress to team members
• Support continuous improvement, safety, and quality initiatives within the department
• Ensure all safety and quality standards, including GMP, HACCP, and FSSC 22000, are followed diligently

What's Needed?

• 1-2 years of manufacturing or food production experience
• Basic computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Office, and email
• Ability to operate and assemble production equipment when necessary
• Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
