Job summary

Adecco Staffing in Cranston, RI is seeking a Production Team Lead to join a hands-on manufacturing team. This role focuses on leading the shift, keeping work on schedule, ensuring quality and procedures are followed, and training team members.

The position is on 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:30 PM–Midnight, with pay of $20–$25 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience required.
• Team Lead, Lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with machinery, assembly or production equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and support team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work hands-on in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can work alongside a production team, help keep work on schedule, and make sure quality and procedures are followed.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
