Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. in Miami, OK is seeking a Production Lead to oversee the shift, drive productivity and quality, and support the supervisor. You will lead a team, coach staff, and ensure safe, efficient operations on the production floor.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing with leadership, a High School Diploma or GED, and forklift experience is preferred. Pay is $21/hour with a 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a Lead, Team Lead, or Supervisor role.
• Previous forklift experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures.
• Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods.
