Job summary

CPI Card Group is seeking a Product Tech Support role to bridge business users and IT, delivering daily support for manufacturing operations and related systems. You’ll troubleshoot, document, and train staff while coordinating with IT teams and vendors to implement improvements.

The position requires a HS Diploma with relevant certifications, 5+ years in hardware or systems support, and ability to work in a hybrid environment. Salary ranges from $70k to $80k with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with an industry standard IT ticketing system and incident management.
• Strong collaboration tools and Office productivity suit knowledge.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line IT support for production staff and related systems.
• Coordinate with IT, operations teams and vendors for issue resolution.
• Document issues, train staff, and create user guides.
• Assist with vendor coordination and onboarding tasks.
• Participate in after-hours support as needed.
• Gather requirements and support process improvements with leadership.
• Support FTP/SFTP setup and server-side tasks.
• Maintain and troubleshoot server platforms and related services.
