Qualifications

• Intimate knowledge of production and post-production technology and related digital workflows.
• Strong knowledge of camera systems from sensor tech to operation.
• Excellent knowledge of motion-based optics including cine and broadcast lenses.
• Strong knowledge of field and studio lighting technologies for filmmaking and broadcast.
• Working knowledge of lighting protocols: DMX, sACN, Art-Net, CRMX.
• Knowledge of SMPTE standards and SDI routing basics.
• Understanding of IP transport protocols (NDI, SRT, RTMP) is preferred.
• Experience offering on-site and remote troubleshooting for system setup.

Responsibilities

• Engage professional customers setting up production environments including field and studio workflows.
• Devise innovative, technically sound solutions for corporate and professional clients.
• Manage flow of projects from direct customers and other B&H org sales departments.
• Prepare comprehensive system quotes and oversee delivery/installation when applicable.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and internal resources for complex workflows.
• Assist in showcases for trade shows, events, and conferences when required.
• Travel for customer visits, site surveys, events, and trainings.
