Job summary

Morton Salt, Inc. is seeking a Site Production Applications Solution Consultant to support and improve critical systems across production sites, stockpiles, and co-packers. You will work on scale automation, RFID, Windows Server, and SQL Server environments, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

The role emphasizes deploying updates, testing, and enabling new locations. Strong collaboration with production, IT, and procurement is essential to ensure reliable operations and timely system

Qualifications

• > At least three years supporting scale automation, weighing systems, RFID tech and related plant-floor apps.
• > 3+ years on Windows Server 2019 and Microsoft SQL Server 2019 or newer.
• > Experience with software deployments in Windows environments.
• > Ability to troubleshoot across apps, DBs, integrations, infra dependencies, and devices.
• > Vendor coordination, licensing renewals, and procurement support.

Responsibilities

• Support scale automation and weighing systems, RFID tech, and plant-floor hardware.
• Coordinate upgrades and testing of weighing/applications with vendors and teams.
• Enable new site stockpiles, co-packers, and logistics warehouses.
• Manage licensing, renewals, and vendor contracts for systems.
• Provide cross-functional support for production planning, quality, and maintenance.
