Job summary

Allegion is seeking a Production Support – AD Systems role in Everett, WA, to support the production schedule and drive improvements. The position involves coordinating materials, reviewing fabrication docs, and ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining a clean, organized work environment.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will create schedules, guide production orders, and provide exceptional internal service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Lean manufacturing experience preferred.
• Provide high quality internal customer service.
• Ability to read blueprints or other small print material.
• Able to complete assigned tasks in a limited time frame.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Create schedules and help move production orders through in a timely manner.
• Review and prepare fabrication documents for production.
• Create production packets before production begins on each project.
• Prioritize work-cell and job task operations to achieve schedule.
• Coordinate material for production teams to achieve schedule.
• Suggest and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Verifies all operations have been completed as specified on the production schedule.
• Maintains areas around production equipment and 5S elements.
