Job summary

Allegion plc in Everett, WA is seeking a Fabrication Technician for AD Systems to fabricate aluminum door frame components on the production floor. Expect 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM shifts, Monday to Thursday, with a base hourly rate and non-exempt status.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally in fabrication such as machining or quality inspection.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn different machines quickly.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, drawings, parts lists, assembly instructions.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and email.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate aluminum door frame components using hand tools and machinery.
• Review drawings and documentation to identify components.
• Follow pick lists and assembly instructions for fabrication.
• Collaborate with assembly and production support to meet customer specs.
• Operate machinery safely following SOPs.
• Inspect tools and equipment for safety and quality.
• Train other employees on fabrication processes.
• Assist with basic machine troubleshooting and repairs.
• Provide other duties around the facility.
