Allegion is seeking a Production Support specialist for the AD Systems team in Everett, WA. The role supports the production schedule, provides technical guidance, and leads initiatives to improve inventory availability and forecast accuracy.
Typical schedule is Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Candidates need 2+ years in production/manufacturing, with lean experience and strong attention to detail for reading blueprints and cut lists. Teamwork is essential to ensure on-time delivery.

Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Support team member will independently perform the full range of support duties in accordance with the established policies and procedures of AD Systems. This will include support for the production schedule, provide technical guidance and training, drive research and development projects, and lead initiatives to improve inventory availability and forecast accuracy. This position will work closely with other internal departments to ensure that AD Systems’ finished products meet our customers’ expectations of superior quality and on time delivery.
