Job summary

Bank of America is seeking a Production Support Specialist within Enterprise Independent Testing (EIT) to ensure stability of live test environments. The role involves incident resolution, system health monitoring, RCA studies, and building analytical tools for operational health insights.

You will partner with process owners, data teams, and risk groups to design effective tests and reporting, advancing testing maturity across the bank's controls and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong SAS/Unix/Linux and SQL skills with ability to interpret logs and optimize processes.
• Experience supporting batch processes (Autosys or similar) and building test artifacts.
• Ability to design, document, and execute tests to assess process and control effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor live test production environments to ensure stability and continuity.
• Resolve incidents, monitor system health, manage passwords, and perform RCA to prevent repeats.
• Develop models, tools, and scripts to provide timely operational health insights.
• Collaborate with process owners, risk managers, and GCOR to improve testing outcomes.
• Document tests, produce data-driven insights, and report results to stakeholders.
