Job summary

Hallmark Cards in Lawrence, KS is seeking a Production Support Specialist to support the production center. You will be cross-trained across departments and help learn every step of the process through a team of trainers and supervisors.

This full-time role operates on the 2nd shift, 3:30pm–11:30pm, Monday–Friday. You will prepare stock for cutting, move skids, perform make-readies, assist press operators, and help maintain quality and safety standards while supporting multiple tasks across the

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to lift 20–30 lb stacks and stand for long periods.
• Willing to learn multiple production tasks and adapt to shifts.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready duties on Gem/Cello, ACE, and Webtron presses.
• Set up wholesale sealer and pack product into shipping containers.
• Mix adhesives and ensure ingredients are available and accurate.
• Order and deliver stock and input information into the production system.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and participate in team problem-solving.
