Hallmark's Leavenworth Production Center is growing the next generation of skilled manufacturing professionals. The Production Support Specialist is an entry level role supporting multiple departments to keep lines running efficiently on 2nd shift (3:30pm - 12:00am), Mon-Fri.

Starting pay is $19.80/hour plus $1.25/hour for 2nd shift differential, totaling $21.05/hour. This is located in Leavenworth, KS with no relocation offered. Training and career growth opportunities are emphasized throughout.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Ability to grasp, lift and carry 20–50 lbs frequently and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with stock and materials; jog, stack, assemble, label, and pack product.
• Perform make-ready procedures, operate equipment, adjust settings, troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Assist press operators with make-readies, clean-ups, and adhesive mixing.
• Operate sealing, accumulating, punching, scrapping, and shrink wrapping machines.
• Complete SAP entries for production, scrap, and shipping documents.
• Contribute to team problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
• Rotate tasks across departments and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
