Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Production Support Specialist for the 2nd shift (3:30pm - 11:30pm), a full-time role that supports the production center and ensures smooth operation across multiple departments. You will handle make-readies, stock movement, and equipment setup, while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Starting pay ranges from $19.80 to $22.65 per hour depending on shift, with overtime opportunities and a welfare-focused benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to lift 20-30 lb stacks repeatedly; up to 60 lbs with frequent lifting.
• Stand and move continuously during shift; occasional twisting/bending.
• Need good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform make-ready duties on Gem/Cello machines and ACE/ Webtron presses.
• Move stock to cutters, pack finished goods, and maintain clean, safe work environment.
• Order and deliver stock, input information into the computer system, and coordinate with other departments.
• Assist with maintenance and routine preventative procedures on equipment.
• Support multiple production areas and adapt to different assignments as needed.
