Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Marysville, OH is seeking a dependable Production Support Laborer for the 2nd shift. You will move materials, load/unload trucks, stock areas, and maintain a clean, safe work environment while following OSHA guidelines.

The role supports production teams and inventory control. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, safety awareness, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with flexible hours including overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to stand and perform repetitive tasks for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime or travel to other locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport materials and parts to and from production lines to maintain uninterrupted operations.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently to support inbound and outbound logistics.
• Stack and unstack materials in designated areas while maintaining organization.
• Perform general housekeeping to keep work areas clean, safe, and compliant.
• Respond promptly to radio calls and operational requests from supervisors or team members.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of fixtures and production materials.
• Support production teams by ensuring tools, parts, and materials are readily available.
• Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or workflow disruptions to supervision immediately.
• Follow OSHA regulations and MPW safety procedures during daily operations.
• Assist with additional tasks or assignments as directed by leadership.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with coworkers and customer personnel.
