Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a dependable Technician to support MPW operations by performing hands-on industrial cleaning and labor support across multiple job sites. You will help maintain safe, efficient, and high-quality work environments in accordance with OSHA guidelines.

The role requires a strong work ethic, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and effective communication with supervisors and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; some high school education acceptable.
• Basic understanding of mechanical concepts and equipment operation in an industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds and perform continuous physical labor on long shifts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and supervisors, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Arrive at assigned job sites on time and maintain a professional, respectful attitude toward coworkers and customers.
• Perform industrial cleaning and labor support tasks as directed by team leaders, supervisors, or account managers.
• Operate manual tools and production-related equipment safely and efficiently to support job completion.
• Monitor work processes to ensure quality standards and operational efficiency are consistently met.
• Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or process problems to the team leader immediately.
• Maintain work areas, equipment, and break spaces in a clean, organized, and safe condition at all times.
• Complete required daily documentation, including shift summaries, logs, and inventory reports as requested.
• Assist with on-the-job training and support onboarding of new employees or transferred team members.
• Follow all company policies, employee handbook guidelines, and supervisor instructions.
• Adhere to OSHA regulations and MPW safety standards in all work activities.
• Communicate job progress, issues, and updates clearly to supervisors and team members.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support operational needs.
