Job summary

Group CBS, Inc. is seeking a Production Support professional to keep manufacturing operations running smoothly by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Reporting to the Production Support Supervisor or Manager, you will maintain and optimize production equipment, address technical challenges, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to quality and efficiency across the line.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor technical support to production operators and team members.
• Address and resolve technical inquiries and issues promptly.
• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of production equipment and machinery.
• Execute preventive maintenance activities to ensure optimal performance.
• Identify and diagnose technical issues in production processes and equipment.
• Implement timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvement.

• Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure the availability of required materials.

• Work closely with the maintenance team for complex repairs and upgrades.
• Provide input on equipment reliability and recommend improvements.
