Job summary

Riddell in North Ridgeville, Ohio is seeking a Production Supervisor to provide work direction to workers and supervise team leaders in a manufacturing setting. With the Plant Manager, you will coordinate activities to ensure production goals are met.

You will supervise scheduling of people, materials, and equipment, monitor safety compliance, and partner with other departments to maintain inventory and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Degree or equivalent required.
• College Education in related field desirable.
• Minimum of seven (7) years production-related experience.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.

The Production Supervisor provides work direction to workers and supervises team leaders performing production activities in a manufacturing environment. With the Plant Manager, coordinates all activities required to ensure production goals are met.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)

• Supervises production team leaders and coordinates the scheduling of people, materials, and equipment.
• Ensures compliance to company and safety policies and procedures.
• Works with various departments to assure proper inventory levels are produced and maintained.
• Provides input to performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work environment ensuring that safety and housekeeping standards are met in the factory.
• Maintains product quality standards, ensuring a high level of work performance by team members.
• Provides training as necessary.
• Enforces policies and work rules in a fair and consistent manner.
