Job summary

HMSA in Honolulu seeks a versatile professional to provide general production support across daily operations and project work. The role includes monitoring performance, analyzing trends, and implementing interim workarounds to keep production flowing smoothly.

You will also assist with new desktop application implementations, write change requirements, develop tests, and liaise with internal customers to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production performance and inventory levels as assigned.
• Conduct data and trend analysis to identify areas of improvements.
• Triage daily production issues. Recommend and implement interim workarounds.
• Recommend solutions and/or corrective actions for issues that are brought to the attention of the unit.
• Create and update operational workflows and documentation.
• Process Access Management requests.
• Perform audits as assigned.
• Support production activities as assigned.
• Plan and coordinate activities related to the implementation of new desktop applications.
• Participate on writing system change requirements. Develop test scenarios and test cases, generate test data, execute test cases and review results for approval to production.
• Act as liaison with internal customers to facilitate changes or improvements needed to correct problems or improve servicing.
• Develop training material and conduct training and presentations.
• Assist with testing and testing activities.
• Performs all other miscellaneous responsibilities and duties as assigned or directed.

1. Provides general production support:
