Job summary

Northdakotaagconnection is seeking an entry‑level Production Analyst to support plant production planning, material availability, inventory accuracy, and work order execution. You will assist with day‑to‑day scheduling, materials coordination, data tracking, and ERP system transactions to help ensure operations run smoothly and meet customer demand.

Responsibilities include creating and monitoring schedules, entering POs, and generating inventory and production reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, inventory, planning, or data-related roles preferred.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, or monitor production and work order schedules in the ERP system.
• Enter purchase orders for packaging materials, ingredients, and supplies.
• Support accurate and timely work order completion and closure in the ERP system.
• Generate basic inventory, work order, and production reports.
• Investigate variances and data discrepancies in work orders.
• Maintain bills of materials and material assignments to work orders.
• Assist production, materials and leadership on plant priorities.
• Support safety, food safety, quality, productivity and sanitation initiatives.
• Cross-train in materials and planning tasks for coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
