Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Production Support Operator for 1st shift at the Nacogdoches, TX facility. The role supports transformer coil production with hands-on tasks across multiple stations and OT may be required.

The hourly rate is $19.75, with benefits starting day one. Key duties include material verification, kit assembly, coil winding prep, and safe operation of equipment such as forklifts and ovens.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate industrial equipment and hand tools.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support production of transformer coils across multiple stations.
• Verify size, part number, condition and quantity of issued materials.
• Assemble kits and stock bins with coil materials.
• Weld low voltage leads and cut copper leads per process orders.
• Operate forklift and pallet jack to move materials.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain 5S+ housekeeping.
• Oversee lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures per OSHA guidelines.
