Eaton Corporation – ES AMER ESS division in Nacogdoches, TX seeks a Production Support Operator (Regs Winding) for 2nd shift. Core hours: Mon–Fri, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM with possible overtime. Base hourly rate $19.75 plus $1.35 shift differential.

Qualifications

• No relocation benefits; candidates within a 50-mile radius of Nacogdoches, TX facility.
• Eaton does not sponsor CPT/OPT/STEM OPT or visa classifications for this role.
• Preferred: prior manufacturing experience.
• Must adhere to OSHA lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols and energy control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks across various work stations including ovens, kitting, and cutting; set up and operate equipment.
• Verify size, part number, condition, and quantity of issued materials.
• Match coils and cores, collect small parts from kitting, and retrieve leads from welding booth.
• Prepare and distribute materials needed for coil winding to operators.
• Assemble kits for coil orders and stock bins with coil materials.
• Weld low voltage leads per process release orders; cut copper leads and ground straps.
