Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Support Operator for REGs Assembly Stacking on 2nd shift at the Nacogdoches, TX facility. The role supports transformer coil production with tasks across ovens, kitting, and winding preparation.

Overtime may occur; compensation includes $19.75/hr plus a $1.35 shift differential. Responsibilities include material handling, welding, ladder logic and coil load/unload, with strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and safety procedures.
• Must obtain forklift operator certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks across multiple work stations including ovens and assembly areas.
• Verify materials, match coils, and gather parts for winding.
• Prepare and distribute materials needed for coil winding.
• Weld low voltage leads and cut copper leads as required.
• Operate machines for sizing, cutting, and drilling in winding process.
• Transport materials with forklift and pallet jack as needed.
• Enforce lockout/tagout (LOTO) and safety protocols.
