Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Nacogdoches, TX, is seeking a Production Support Operator (PSO) on first shift to support transformer coil production. The core hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with overtime possible.

You will perform tasks across ovens, kitting, cutting, setup, and winding support, verify materials, assemble kits, and load coils for baking in ovens. The role requires safety compliance, 5S+, and following lockout/tagout procedures.

Qualifications

• No relocation benefit; candidates within 50 miles of Nacogdoches, TX.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration or CPT/OPT or similar.
• Preferred: previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks across ovens, kitting, cutting, setup and winding support.
• Verify size, part number, condition and quantity of issued materials.
• Assemble kits and stock bins with coil materials.
• Weld low voltage leads and cut copper leads per process orders.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and hoists as needed.
• Maintain 5S+ housekeeping and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
