Job summary

Pregis is seeking an Assistant Operator to support the Production Department in a high-volume manufacturing setting in Glens Falls, NY. Under the supervision of the Operator, you will help ensure quality and efficiency, perform quality checks, and assist with line operations and housekeeping.

The role requires a HS diploma or equivalent, safety awareness, and the ability to work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous manufacturing/warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to read measurements and document quality readings.
• Must be safety conscious and follow PPE rules.

Responsibilities

• Assist operator to meet quality and production specifications.
• Support cycle counts and materials availability.
• Perform housekeeping and maintain clean, safe work area.
