• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in manufacturing, quality, or related technical field in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel ~5%.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the Process Expert Support team to effectively support production operations.
• Ensure certified deviation investigators and change control owners are available to meet current site demand.
• Oversee training of the production support team, including investigators, subject matter experts, and cross-functional support resources.
• Track deviations, corrective and preventive actions, and change controls to ensure timely closure and key deliverables.
• Review, approve and own production investigations, support risk assessments and root-cause analysis, and assign actions to prevent recurrence.
• Review documentation to support manufacturing, including Standard Operating Procedures, batch records, white papers, validation documents, work orders, etc.
• Drive process optimization, manufacturing workflow improvements, new technology introduction, and site-wide continuous improvement initiatives.
