• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years in manufacturing, quality, or related technical field in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Leadership experience; ability to travel ~5%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Process Expert Support team to effectively support production operations.
• Ensure certified deviation investigators and change control owners are available to meet site demand.
• Oversee training of the production support team, including investigators and cross-functional resources.
• Track deviations, CAPAs, and change controls to ensure timely closure and deliverables.
• Review investigations and support risk assessments, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions.
• Review documentation to support manufacturing (SOPs, batch records, validation documents, work orders).
• Drive process optimization, workflow improvements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
