Job summary

Mission Critical Group (MCG) is hiring a Production Support Lead to optimize the flow of goods, materials, and resources for production. You will plan, implement, and control movements from receipt to shipment, ensuring timely stocking and efficient production support to meet high-quality standards.

You will train staff, coordinate receiving, and lead daily meetings while managing logistics for sheet metal and copper parts, labeling, and associated documentation across the production network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of inventory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA10 and CPR certifications are a plus.
• Forklift experience and/or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train new team members on production processes and procedures.
• Coordinate receiving and production flow from inventory to floor.
• Assist with labels, markers, and identification plates for production.
• Lead daily and regular production meetings.
• Oversee sheet metal and copper parts logistics between shops.
• Coordinate shipping, receiving, and packaging logistics.
• Assist with cycle counting and quarterly inventory.
• Ensure documentation is completed for each project.
• Operate forklift and maintain safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production Floor and Testing teams.
• Travel between MCG locations as needed.
