Job summary

Areté in Niwot, CO is seeking a highly skilled Production Support Engineer to design manufacturing processes and procedures for ruggedized electro-optical and laser-based systems. This full-time position involves working closely with Senior Engineers to ensure mechanical integrity throughout development and production phases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or process engineering.
• Experience reading drawings and creating process flow.
• Ability to implement hardware solutions from concept to delivery.
• Proficient in organizing and processing data in Excel.
• Ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Support transition from prototype development to full-scale production.
• Lead mechanical root cause investigations for hardware issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
