Qualifications

• Proficient in monitoring and scheduling tools (Geneos, ITRS, AutoSys).

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the service management function to resolve complex issues for Barclays clients.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on hardware and software; use monitoring metrics to ensure performance.
• Maintain a knowledge base with documented resolutions and self-service guidance.
• Analyze logs, errors and user reports to identify root causes and implement fixes.
• Automate tasks, optimize monitoring, capacity planning and resiliency activities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and other teams to manage risks and ensure compliant operations.
