Job summary

Barclays Services Corp. seeks Connectivity Service/Network Operations Engineer in Whippany, NJ, with hybrid work arrangements.

You will support and maintain network and core infrastructure services, including routing/switching, application delivery, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and on-call escalations. You will also document procedures and participate in incident, problem, and change management to ensure service reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting network infrastructure and incident management.
• Familiarity with application delivery, load balancing, and proxy concepts.
• Ability to contribute to automation and monitoring improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of network services and core infrastructure.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for incident management and recovery.
• Handle follow-the-sun operations, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Investigate incidents and ensure network services meet SLAs.
• Manage lifecycle and hygiene of network devices to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate break-fix activities and perform root cause analysis with vendors.
