The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to log analysis and basic programming in Python or Java to assist troubleshooting and operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SQL query writing, optimization, and debugging.
• Experience with batch scheduling tools (Autosys, Procmon) and log analysis.
• Exposure to Python or Java; hands-on development is not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Write, analyze, and optimize SQL queries for data validation and issue investigation.
• Monitor and manage batch processes using scheduling tools like Autosys and Procmon.
• Investigate and resolve production issues through log analysis and code debugging.
• Support application health monitoring and ensure smooth execution of scheduled jobs.
• Collaborate with development, database, and business teams to troubleshoot incidents.
• Analyze system behavior and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
• Provide incident management support and routine maintenance activities.
