We are seeking a Production Support Analyst to monitor and maintain critical production applications, ensure operational continuity, and resolve technical incidents impacting end-users. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, SQL proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders in a high-security environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor Production Systems: Proactively track applications, scheduled jobs, and system alerts to identify and mitigate issues.
• Incident Management: Receive, triage, and resolve incidents reported by end-users; escalate to development teams when necessary.
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and diagnose complex technical/process issues to prevent recurrence.
• Documentation: Develop Knowledge Base Articles (KBAs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve team efficiency.
• SQL & Database Support: Write and optimize queries; analyze tables, procedures, triggers, and permissions.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, timely updates to end-users and cross-functional teams.
• Compliance: Adhere to Department of State IT policies, security protocols, and clearance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience in production support, application support, or NOC roles.
• Experience with incident management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot under pressure.
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Splunk, Jenkins, etc.).
• Prior experience in government, defense, or diplomatic IT environments.
