The hiring range for this role is:
107,666.00 - 150,995.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the hiring range, and this range may also be modified in the future. A candidate's position within the range depends on various factors including competencies, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and organizational needs. This job is also eligible for annual bonus incentive pay.

Job Description Summary:
Function as a technical resource across several BCBSA projects, focusing on software and infrastructure products supported by IT's engineering and development teams to meet stakeholder needs. Provide tier 2-3 product support in collaboration with IT's engineering and development teams, interacting with internal and external application users, cross-functional teams, and vendors.
