Job summary

UZURV is seeking a Production Support Analyst to provide operational and technical support for critical business applications. You will act as a liaison between business users, development teams, infrastructure, and vendors to ensure timely incident resolution and continuous service improvement.

Responsibilities include monitoring production applications, handling incidents per SLAs, performing health checks, supporting deployments, and coordinating with multiple teams to resolve complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of enterprise application support experience in production or operations.
• Experience troubleshooting web apps, APIs, or enterprise software.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and validating data.
• Experience using ticketing platforms such as ZenDesk.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production applications, interfaces, and batch processes to ensure availability and performance.
• Respond to incidents, service requests, and alerts per SLAs.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve issues or escalate as needed.
• Perform health checks and validate scheduled jobs and data integrations.
• Support deployments and post-release validation activities.
• Triage API integration issues and participate in on-call rotations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
