The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $24–$30, a $500 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, and a first shift from 5:00 a.m.

to 7:00 a.m. Start times may vary; overtime and advancement opportunities are available, with a strong emphasis

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions and mechanical drawings.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Strong attention to quality, safety, and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Safely and independently operate at least two types of production equipment or manufacturing cells.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Monitor production processes and report quality or equipment concerns.
• Track machine time and production activity using a kiosk clocking system.
• Obtain required quality inspections and sign-offs throughout the manufacturing process.
• Assist with training and onboarding new machine operators as needed.
• Perform production support functions including material cutting, facing, straightening, drilling, polishing, blasting, and inventory handling.
• Coordinate with supervisors, inspectors, and coworkers to ensure efficient workflow and production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Job Summary

The Machine Operator II role is ideal for an experienced manufacturing professional who enjoys hands-on work, problem-solving, and operating a variety of production equipment. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, develop advanced machining skills, and contribute to producing high-quality precision components.
