Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a manufacturing Supervisor to lead a team in achieving safety, quality, production, and morale goals.

The role involves using Power BI to monitor on-time performance and drive process improvements while ensuring LO/TO compliance and equipment certification across shifts. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of manufacturing experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to lead teams and deliver results through others.

  • Develop, motivate, and coach Department Leaders for future roles.
  • Communicate major issues to Department Leader and Plant Manager and resolve issues.

SummarySupervisors shall lead a group of team members to achieve the goals and expectations of the company while following the standards set forth by the companyEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.The Supervisor is responsible for meeting or exceeding safety, quality, production, sustainability and employee relations goals. This includes communicating relevant information and major issues to the Department Leader, Plant Manager I, Plant Manager II, and supporting functional areas, while actively working to resolve issues. The Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to ensure area performance meets or exceeds defined metrics and to complete leader standard work as outlined below, while following Company policies. The Supervisor uses Power BI to track on-time performance, identify process improvements, and improve P1/P2 metrics. This role also ensures team members properly follow LO/TO procedures and that qualified team members are certified to operate electric pallet jacks in the Wire Shelves area. The Supervisor must be flexible to work across multiple shifts to build rapport with leadership and team members. Supervisors are also responsible for developing, motivating, and coaching Department Leaders to prepare them for future leadership roles.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
