Job summary

Biomerics is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate workflows, coach staff, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced medical device manufacturing environment. This role ensures safety, quality, and regulatory adherence while achieving productivity targets.

The position emphasizes leadership, scheduling, and data-driven decision making, with opportunities to collaborate across Quality, HR, and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 3–5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, IQMS, or similar).
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

JOB SUMMARY

Shift Time - Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6a - 6pm

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity targets are met. This role supervises staff, coordinates workflows, and implements process improvements to support organizational goals. The Operations Supervisor ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements while fostering a positive and accountable team environment.

TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE:

• Must attend leadership training as provided by Biomerics.
• Training on inspection equipment
• Blue Print reading.
• Previous leadership is desirable but not a must.
