Qualifications

• 5 years hands-on experience in a plant maintenance role.
• Experience using Lock out Tag Out procedure.
• Training on inspection equipment.
• Blueprint reading.
• ISO 9001-2008 and ISO 13485-2003.
• Knowledge of Quality Policy.
• Knowledge of Safety procedures.
• MSDS – Right to Know.

Responsibilities

• On-site regular, reliable attendance is required.
• Troubleshoot all primary and secondary equipment inside and outside the building.
• Start up and shut down Molding, Stamping and Assembly equipment as needed.
• Perform and document scheduled preventive maintenance on all equipment inside and outside of the plant.

JOB SUMMARY

Under supervision, support all Departments through troubleshooting and maintenance of Primary and Secondary Equipment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

To be able to read schematics and have a good understanding of various types of electronics, hydraulics, and good troubleshooting skills.
