Job summary

Biomerics is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and related activities, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency. You will lead a team, coordinate workflows, and drive continuous improvements across operations.

The role requires 3–5+ years in supervision within manufacturing, strong leadership and communication skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems. Join a collaborative, growth-oriented environment focused on patient impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in operations, manufacturing, or a related environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance improvements.
  • Knowledge of operational processes, safety standards, and quality systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, IQMS, or similar).
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance and engagement.
  • Monitor production or operational metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Manage employee scheduling, attendance, and timekeeping.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address performance issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Investigate and resolve operational issues, including equipment, staffing, or process disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on operational performance.

Job Summary

  • Previous leadership is desirable but not a must.
