Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

• Strong communication and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute all production schedules to meet operational goals.
• Oversee daily production changes and adjust workflows as needed.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, and internal quality standards.
• Write work orders and manage downtime for production lines.
• Prepare and complete daily production reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce safety protocols.
• Foster a positive working environment and coach staff.
• Complete payroll, vacation, and PTO records; communicate time-off schedules.
• Develop methods to improve line throughput and efficiency.
• Monitor labor costs and explain variances; meet HACCP requirements.
