Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production lines in our Iowa facility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure schedules are met, maintain safety and quality, and drive productivity.

The role requires flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed; ideal candidates have a BA/BS in business or related field, 3–5 years in manufacturing, strong leadership, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in business or operations.
• 3–5 years experience in a manufacturing facility with leadership responsibility.
• Strong safety focus and ability to maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and execute production schedules to meet goals.
• Oversee daily production changes and adjust workflows as needed.
• Ensure compliance with USDA, OSHA, and internal quality standards.
• Write work orders and manage downtime for production lines.
• Prepare and complete daily production reports accurately and on time.
• Maintain a safe work environment and promote safety culture.
• Lead and motivate a diverse workforce and monitor labor costs.
• Develop methods to improve line throughput and efficiency.
