Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a Production Supervisor to train, motivate, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting. You will lead hourly staff, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with Operations and Quality to meet delivery goals.

Responsibilities include managing 2nd and 3rd shifts, maintaining 5S standards, and implementing process improvements with maintenance support. Strong leadership in a union environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or similar discipline required; or an Associate’s degree with 2 years supervisory experience.
• Or 5 years supervisory experience or equivalent.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experienced with timekeeping, ERP, and computerized maintenance work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Train, motivate, and develop hourly staff to meet performance goals.
• Maintain a safe and orderly workspace and champion safety programs.
• Lead in a unionized manufacturing environment and uphold labor relations standards.
• Coordinate with Operations, Purchasing, and Quality to achieve goals.
• Audit and maintain 5S standards and continuous improvement of processes.
