Position Summary

Manage the day-to-day operations of the shift manufacturing function, ensuring the production of high-quality and safe beverage products in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 15-20 hourly employees, including line operators, lab technicians, and mechanics.
• Coordinate with other shift supervisors to ensure continuity of production.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality Control, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Disseminate procedures, enforce work rules, and administer disciplinary actions.
• Monitor equipment, raw materials, and supervise production to meet efficiency and quality goals.
• Develop employee performance, conduct evaluations, and maintain a safe work environment.
• Achieve efficiency targets, minimize waste, and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
• Oversee equipment operation, changeovers, and process improvements.
• Manage raw material inventory, safety inspections, and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and GMP standards, and proper housekeeping.
• Handle administrative duties including scheduling, payroll coding, and reporting.
• Maintain effective communication across departments to ensure production continuity.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of manufacturing supervisory experience.
• Experience in beverage, food, or fast-paced packaging lines.
• Desirable: maintenance and quality control experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to meet targets, work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.
