Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Warehouse or similar facility.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Ability to communicate with Plant management team effectively on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety standards, achieve production goals, and maintain quality standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the production function of the site.
• Perform pallet sort, light pallet repair, forklift operation, and customer service duties.
• Lead production and provide customer support when necessary.
• Work overtime as needed or swing shifts at times.
• Work closely with Plant management in developing all plant personnel.
• Ensure operations run smoothly and efficiently.
