Job summary

Brunswick Corporation in Fond du Lac, WI, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing teams, assign work, and drive safety, quality, delivery and cost goals. You will coach frontline staff and implement improvements on the production floor.

This role requires strong supervision experience, proficiency with Word/Excel, and the ability to manage attendance in UKG/Kronos, while fostering a safe, collaborative environment with the team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong employee relations management experience.
• Ability to coach, direct and develop employees.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work closely with operators.

Responsibilities

• Own the four main metrics (safety, quality, delivery, productivity) and implement action plans to close gaps.
• Typically spends ~75% on the floor supervising daily production and ~25% on admin tasks.
• Lead continuous improvement using tools such as 5S, root cause analysis, and line balancing.
• Ensure safety policies, PPE adherence, and conduct safety audits.
• Oversee staffing, headcount, and interview for open roles as needed.
• Manage timekeeping, attendance in UKG/Kronos, and schedule adherence.
