Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of production experience in an industrial manufacturing facility.
• 3+ years of supervisory/leadership experience in a similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew safety during shifts and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Direct and oversee the efforts of Production and QA employees, providing feedback.
• Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for crew members.
• Verify readiness of raw materials, labeling, equipment, tools, production orders, warehouse availability, and labor for runs.
