• Review production orders and plan department operations.
• Develop or revise standard operating procedures and ensure compliance.
• Resolve operational problems to minimize costs and delays.
• Address worker grievances with Production Manager.
• Compile and retrieve production data.
• Respond to customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
