Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking a First Line Supervisor to direct hourly staff and ensure achievement of operational targets in a manufacturing setting. You will oversee a 10-20 person team, manage safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across shifts.

The role requires 2-5 years of relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing or chemical plant and familiarity with ERP/timekeeping systems. High school diploma required; technical degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years manufacturing/industrial/chemical plant experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct hourly employees to meet operational targets.
• Plan and administer procedures and budgets per bargaining agreement.
