Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a 20-person manufacturing team at the Lebanon, TN plant. The role focuses on safe, on-time production while meeting quality standards.

You will drive continuous improvement, coach staff, manage staffing and performance reviews, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to reduce waste and costs.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
• Plant environment with variable temperatures and noise.

Responsibilities

• Ensures a safe workplace and promotes safety mindset across the team.
• Hires, schedules, and supervises full-time and temporary staff.
• Provides coaching and timely feedback, including disciplinary actions as needed.
• Performs quarterly and annual reviews for all team members.
• Facilitates team development, problem-solving and growth.
• Oversees process documentation and training for consistency and safety.
• Ensures quality product and adherence to quality processes.
• Collaborates with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to improve quality and efficiency.
• Tracks productivity, manages within budget using lean principles.
• Oversees inventory control procedures and accuracy.
• Assists with troubleshooting and production issue resolution.
• Performs other duties as requested by management.
